Construction

For the Construction sector we look to support our clients with those elements of the project they choose not to deliver themselves, typically Plate and Box Girder, Trusses, and complex assemblies.  Generally our scope of works will assists our client as we can lift 60te as a single lift, and have in fact delivered complete assemblies well in excess of  this single lift capability. 

We can also assist if the fabrication requires

• significant welding resource,
• is heavy, we can lift 60te
• has machining content,
• specific quality requirements, CE execution class 4, NHSS Sector 20, RISQRs
• or our 3D modelling and surveying system can deliver the complex geometry required.

The heaviest individual fabrication we have completed to date was 115te, and the longest girders were 40m.
